Audio Delays

How can you find the time offset for an ac3 audio track under linux? This is the one problem I am having under linux, and I do not have a windows machine avalible to find the delay elsewhere.

I've found that running vStrip (without options) on the VOB(s) usually gives a delay in the summary output.
