Hi guys,

To my knowledge, vdub does not have a SelectEvery() filter.
This would be a great filter for vdub (if not avaiable)

I'd like to try and stay out of AVS if possible for some of my special
projects. I don't really want to mix and match color space, as I often
use scenarios like:

vdub --> AVS --> vdub --> TMPG

..or

AVS --> vdub --> TMPG

I don't like going for AVS --> TMPG directly. I use vdub extensively,
as I have the filtering inside vdub under better control than I do in
AVS scripting. I'm not trying to get out of AVS scripting. But, I
would like to just have an equivalent SelectEvery() filter inside vdub to
cut down on my swaping between the two, under those projects that I
use this techniqe with.

As for a Pulldown() filter for vdub, I use this a lot in my:

vdub --> AVS --> vdub --> TMPG

when my source is True Film. I prefer this technique because I am very
happy with the results I get.. until I come up w/ something better in
my experiements :)
But, most important of all filters is really the SelectEvery() :) :)

Can someone quickly cook up this very filter ??

Thanks for any assist on this topic,
