cce sp vcd for nero

is there a way to export a mpeg1(vcd) from cce sp that nero will accept as a compliant for making a vcd?
(till now i have been using tmpeg enc trick with merge cut option)

In video settings, select "Video CD" (if it's not selectable, than your video isn't properly formatted). When CCE asks you if you want it to change parameters, click "Yes". If you fail to do so, it will generate a file with 2048 sized packets, instead of the specified 2324 size.

This seems to be one of the finer points of the software, as I haven't seen it documented.

i did change the packet size as you suggested
but the error message "stream encoding which is invalid for vcd" in nero is still there
