aspect error in scenarist

Hello
trying for ages now to solve the problem im getting using the big three.
As far as i know everything has gone to plan without a hitch until i get to the scenarist stage when i get this error all the time
Error Aspect Ratio<4:3> in this PGC<VTS_02_PGC_01pgc> is different from the one<16:9> in Title:<VTS02_Title06> VTS:<VTS_02>
i've gone through the guide five times now (2 days) :(
and cant appear to find antything wrong.
please can someone advise me where im going wrong

My Scenarist bitches too when it doesn't have the same aspect ratio in all PGCs and VTSs.

In that case, I have to use dummy M2V of the same aspect ratio to replace the one that is out of whack (in my case, it is usually the one that is not necessary to play that movie, like end credit and such).
