Can't play IFO Files with IFOEdit

I recently reloaded my computer, and now IFOEdit cannot play DVD Files from my hard drive. I get an error that wants to be reported back to Microsoft. Any ideas????

I formatted again and tried the DVD Play option in IFOEdit after installing each software package. It worked perfectly until I installed the Windows Media Player 9 package from the Windows Update. Now IFOEdit will play DVDs once, then it will trap and will not work again until a reboot occurs. I know this is wierd, but it happens consistently. I am going to restore to the system point I took right before I installed Media Player and see if that fixes my problem.
