Technically CoreVorbis and OggDS 0.9.9.5 can't connect together cause they use different media type format and also don't handle timestamps the same way.
I don't see any reason to use CoreVorbis with OggDS 0.9.9.5 the vorbis decoder that come with OggDS works perfectly AFAIK.

When OggDS 0.9.9.5 was released CoreVorbis didn't existed so it isn't aware of anything else but it's own decoder. To use CoreVorbis as a decoder you have to use OggDS 0.9.9.6. You can find it in this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=61578) thread. People are reporting that it has some problems but so far I haven't encounter any (though I haven't watched much of my old ogm files lately and I'm using matroska for a long time now).

Using OggDS 9.9.9.6 CoreVorbis is prefered to the built-in Vorbis decoder. So if the two decoder are installed, CoreVorbis will be used.
The problems reported with Vorbis are in Matroska and OGM files played with MPC. I think latest build resolve this issue.
