Learned Colleagues:
I know you're all laughing since Pinnacle Studio tends to be a POS and yes, I'll make a New Year's resolution to master Adobe Premier and Encore, but I just don't have the time right now. And let's face it when Studio works, it's quick and easy and I've had good success until today...
I've got a project that Studio screws up the final IFO files. It sets the duration for the frst PGC short by starting this chapter well after it should. The entire video is there in VTS_01_1.VOB; the damn IFO file doesn't have the correct start point. Of course, the video plays fine in the Studio preview mode.
I know the decimal value of where it should start and I reset that in the VTS_01_0.IFO in the Video Title Cell Addrss Table but now I get illegal fps in many of the tables and my IFO "das kaput."
Is there any easy way to rectify this using IFO edit or do I have to figure out how to fool Studio?
