Deleting frames

Hi. Is there any way to delete any arbitrary frames (ie. including those that cross key frames) from a divx encoded movie without recompressing the whole movie?

Please advise me on how to do this.

No, you can't. The only thing you can do without reencoding is to delete frames from a keyframe to the following one ( not included )

I never tested it, but you should be able to delete deltaframes upto the one before the next keyframe (ie the selection dosnt have to start on a keyframe).
