Scenarist/RA - Error Validate From DB failed

Anyone know how to fix this error when using scenarist/RA?

Interesting, I unchecked all the subs in RA & imported them manually. But I get some errors on 3 PGCs that say

Error Cannot add data outside the valid video duration.

So I used dummy subs & its muxing fine now.
