Hi,

I'm getting the following error when I try to encode an ac3-file to OGG with r4r:

12:14:32: BEGIN "audio encoding"
12:14:32: Preparing data, encoder setting is "ogg 0.2"
12:14:32: Input file is "Z:\PATH\FILENAME.ac3"

12:14:32: Encoding...

12:14:32: END "audio encoding" (0 hours, 00 minutes, 00 seconds)

I've done everything according to the XviD-guide, still I can't get it to work... What am I doing wrong?!

Thanks for any help...

Do you have OggDS installed or libvorbis in your besweet directory? Try encoding with that same command line with besweet outside of R4R and post the logfile and/or error messages.

I read and re-read the guide, reinstalled GKnot following the guide... Still it didn't work. Finally, I somewhat accidentially reinstalled the OggDS filter... it had already been installed but must have become corrupted somehow. Well, now it works... *shrugs*

So, thanks for your answer, you were right.
