DivX and VBR

I´m a rockie in encoding.
I use Xvid to encode becouse I can use constant quality seting (VBR)
I don´t know if the similar option is in divx.
If yes, could you tell me where?

Just disable the DivX Profiles to be able to use 1-pass quality-based mode.

Yes, but DIVX 1 pass Quality mode works like sh*t.
It cant handle fast moving scenes.
Will they ever fix this.
Ffvfw Mpeg4 works much better.
