scenarist/scenechap help!

first of all ive been scouring the forum for an answer to this and ive found many but i cant quiet grasp the answers.my problem is the all too familiar "scene duration shall be more than 0.4 second" i tried to correct this using some of the suggestions made to no avail, i tried using scenechap(i havent got a d2f file)and got this message "error scene name or time attribute missing"

there may be away to saught this out in scenarist but its just beyond me please help this is doin my head in

if this is a vobid rip, you might try d3s7's application scenaid. A post is located in the dif4u forum
