I have a few videos which I have capped directly from a composite cable. They all have a "small amount of noise", what filter for virtual dub would be the best (for effectiveness and easy use)?
Thanks

I reccomend '2D Cleaner Optimized'.
If you have photoshop, it's a bit more advanced version of Photoshop's 'Smart Blur' filter, but it more effective on cartoons. Dynamic Noise Reduction is good, but only if you use low amounts, or else wierd fragments pop up.
