encoding 6 mono wavs to ac3 6ch

hey, I need to crossfade a ac3 multichannel file with another ac3. I dunno how to do it, but I created 6 mono wavs from these ac3 and crossfade it. Now I need to encode these 6 mono wavs to ac3 multichannel. Please tell me how to do it, I know that I can do it creating mux file on BeSweet but I dunno the complete command line.

Remember that besweet's ac3enc can produce borked AC3 streams, read the audio and besweet FAQs for more info. hth,
