Encoding XviD Devapi4 with ffvfw ... possible?

Milan said he'd work on it as he's interested to play about with it when I e-mailed him about it a few months ago. I dunno what's happened since then.

Both athos's ffvfw 09-27-2003 sh0dan's ffvfw 2003-11-13 built are able to detect and use the XviD-1.0-Beta 1. However B-Frames does not work with avs2avi and seem to broken with vdub too.

It does allow you to AR Flag for the output. The "Set Aspect Ratio" setting for XviD 4 seem to be off though.
