I have the same project I've mentioned before, and I have a truck load of menus. One of the time consuming parts of the project is all of the buttons that have to be made.
For most menus, I need to be able to have the buttons link to different places. But there are some sets of menus that can be designed to all link to the same places, and just need to have different backgrounds.
I note that if you have a track in the Scenario editor in a title folder in a VTS, if you copy it and paste it into the same folder, it will use the same highlights definition, but have duplicates of the other three components.
When I try to edit the track on this "copy", by changing the background, it changes in the original.
What I'd like to know is, is there a way around this? Can this type of copy have a different background image? And can I link directly to this copy?
IF not, what is the advantage to this kind of copied track?
