scenarist error!!!

been reading up on a problem im having with scenarist but i couldnt work out from the posts what to do about it cos i have little experience with problems such as this(im an idiot),the error i get is

the track<vts_01_pgc_01>has place holder
the track<vts_02_pgc_01>has place holder
the track<vts_02_pgc_02>has place holder
the track<vts_02_pgc_03>has place holder
and basically goes through the whole vts sets
any help would be most welcome.

Place Holder data means it can't find the file it's suppose to point to.....

This is usually caused by trying to author before re-encoding your file.... you can always right click on the place holder info and say placeholder->data and it will attempt to find the file again...
