Hello all,
I'm heading to Japan for Christmas and I plan to take a bunch of SVCDs with me. I am going to pick up a DVD player while I'm there (yes, region 2), and hope it can play the SVCDs. Think this will cause any problems, or will they play fine (if the player supports SVCD of course)? I thought I'd run it by you guys before I got there and nothing worked.
Also, what is the typical maximum bitrate that DVD players can play with respect to SVCDs? I have some that are encoded at a fairly high video bitrate, and I want to make sure everything actually works before I get there. :)
