My brother is after a deal on ADSL he's already been with Pipex but then cancelled about 6 months ago to move house. Can anybody tell me if there are any good deals out there or any ISP you can recommend at the moment on 512k or 1mbp?

those in your area might derive it from the name "pipex", but it might still be helpful if you indicated _where_ he lives (well i guess it's not in _my_ area, pipex is definitely not a swiss provider :) )

Try looking at www.dslreports.com.

I don't know if they're international though. If not, I would expect that England would have some similar user-driven provider review site.
