Yes, CVD resolution resizing seems broken to me - I have to edit the avisynth script, remove the addborders line (4:3) and change the 352x408 to 352x576(PAL).

Have had the TFF/BFF problem too with AVI2SVCD and CCE 2.67, but choosing the correct one in the encoder tab by changing the field order box from automatic to fieldorder A(in my case) or B has solved it.

Lost interest in procoder when I couldn't get accurate filesizes doing 2 pass VBR, so have no idea about fieldorder and procoder(and you can't use D2SRoba).

I'm also doing PAL sources.........so I'm probably no help anyway?

CVD is known to be broken. It's supposed to be fixed in an upcoming release...whenever that is...
