Having trouble with aspect ratio...

I'm trying to encode the 1st vob in the Bulletproof Monk...when I select keep aspect ratio2 and 2:11 ratio, it comes close to the correct ratio but it is slightly off... 16:9 is too fat... 2:11 is slightly too thin.. but is closer to the actual ratio of the original vob file. What can I do, or what am I doing wrong? thx

If you are not doing any Resizing, NEVER use any Keep Aspect Ratio-Settings! They will mess up your Picture.

It is also a good Idea, not to use TMPGEnc for Resizings and things like this. Use AVISynth to do Filterings and Resizings and set TMPGEnc to Center - all problems with AR will be gone.

Ok will try... I'm simply using it to re-encode... nothing more, nothing less. :)
