Idea for an new Feature like 'AVIs(+MPGs) 2 DVDR'

Hi,

is it able to build in a new feature for AVI2SVCD, (?)
which can do the foLlowing, like 'AVIs2DVDR':

- Input more AVI Files (possilby mpg (S)VCD))
(like 3 Full Movies or more Files of a Serie for example)
- Check for Overlap, if these are "CD1,CD2..."-Movies
- if exists, cut the overlap & merge the Files, which
are needed for every more-CD-Movie
- Calculate the Bitrate optimized for DVD+-R
- Encode all files to MPG2

Authoring and burn is not relevant this time ...
