I know this thread seems a bit odd but I am just curious. I have been using DVD2SVCD for over a year now and I think it is the best back-up program for windows. I admit that I can do it easily for free under linux with simple tools but at the end of the day I like the fact I can use DVD2SVCD before I go to bed and have it shutdown my computer when it is done. There are alot of great things in this program especially on the audio side of things. Considering I already invested in CCE, I can't see a better way to back up movies. With that said, what would be a reasonable amount to donate? I have been thinking about this for a few weeks now and I feel guilty for using this wonderful program and not doing my part to help support the financial side of things. I am ready to donate. I just want to send the right amount of funds without paying too much and especially not paying to little. I ask myself how much it is worth to me and I simply cannot put a price tag on such an awesome program. What do you think a fair donation would be?

Thank you for your time,

H8

Well the short answer would be what ever you think it is worth. Of course you could not probably afford the 1000.00 bucks :D Seriously, I think many do 20 or 25 if they can afford it. If not 5 or 10 is at least a token of appreciation. D2s just appreciates anything as just the test disk cost for Cd's and now DVD's gets expensive. Also the bandwidth he and others like mrbass contribute does not come free.

Looking at the sponsors on their pages is also helpful to them, and highly appreciate by them.
