Hi

How do I rip the subpictures for the menus?
I have tried with subrip,but everytime I add them over my menu the subpicture buttons a too big.Someone knows how to do it?
I have used this guide http://www.doom9.org/mpg/maestro.htm but dont know how to do the right thing with the subpictures :(

Any ideas?

Maybe u r ripping Pal subs (720x576) instead of NTSC (720x480) bmps. I suspect u r converitng an NTSC film.

Well,

hi. First of all lets one thing straight. Subpictures and subtitles are different things. For ripping subpictures I really don't have a clue. I was always of the opinion when ripped the complete menu structure will be intact.

im ripping subpicture buttons for the main menu.
When I moved the subpictur button over the menu there is something wrong as you can see:

when you ripped that subpic out of the original dvd, you didnt make its 'keep original position', and it looks like the round dots have been stretched to ugly ovals.

well the option "keep original resolution" is ticked in subrip,and yeah the buttons looks stretched out.
Anyone know whats wrong? :confused:
