I have ripped a DVD to Hard drive. How can I play it from there please as if it is a DVD?

Well,you need a software DVD player like winDVD,power DVD etc.(All commercial softwares).
There is a freeware player called Media Player Classic,you can download from download page[http://www.doom9.org].By the way you need ac3filter for hearing Dolby Digital track[http://ac3filter.sf.net].
If you want to play exactly in the order then open *.ifo file in MediaplayerClassic.
