Hi all,
I ran several searches and came up with nothing on this error.
I'm adding my own subs to a DVD (which i've done dozens of times) but i've never had this problem before. I've got everything laid out in Scenarist (assets imported, chapter points set, etc) and I import the .sst file, which goes fine (shown below.)
Info Checking Subtitle File. Stream ID = 1, File = (M:\Projects\RX_Movie\subs\Tagen_first_edit.sst)
Info Storing Stream ID 1 sub-pictures.
Warning Sub-Picture (stream 1 in Track "VTS_01_PGC_01") is across scene boundary at 01:47:46:10
Info Finished.
Once I encode the subpictures, however, I get the following error for 2 out of the 1547 BMPs...
Error Can't open image file.[Subpicture Encoder]
...the other 1545 encode without any problems.
The bitmaps were created by going SSA -> MaestroSBT -> SST/BMP.
I have tried recreating the BMPs several times, checking the sst file, and anything else I could think of but nothing has worked and I don't understand why there is a problem with 2 of them when they were all produced at the same time by MaestroSBT. The 2 files Scenarist doesn't like open fine in any other program I view them in so it can't be the BMP files, can it? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
