Hi & welcome to the board ... mein Deutch ist schlect, but imho this guy is just advertising another way of putting 90 mins @svcd resolution on an 80 min. cd-r. Yeah right.

Forget about it ... and rsvcd probably stands for Ritchies svcd - LOL.
