Hi,all!
I have some movie-PAL and I would like replace audio-stream with
some audio-stream, but this audio is from MTSC, therefor I looking
for some Program which can change audio-NTSC to audio-pal?
Thanks

I'm using WaveLab to do that, other people are using BeSweet or other WAVE-Editors.

ummm... think about it. 29.97 to 25 is ~17% different
however, if the source is film, the NTSC framerate you should use is 23.976. i'd be very surprised if you get desync with this (however the pitch shift will be somewhat noticable).
if the source is pure video (the PAL version being "converterboxed" from NTSC), then you don't have to change a thing.
it actually infuriates me that so so many PAL releases are simply sped up rather than dropping 1 frame in 25 (or 2 fields and interlacing, but that's not for this forum). it's even done with music DVDs in many instances ("standing in the shadow of motown" r4
