in VTS_08, there are about 8 PGC's and when extracting... each pgc is less than 20sec. But when importing in scenarist, the first PGC is ok, but all the rest can't import subs because timecode is later than video...
Link to view of PGC list.

this is an example of VTS_08 PGC 03.

Is there a fast way to fix this??
And also strange, this is the first time i saw this, that the subs are continuing in time over multiple PGC's..

Have you tried Subtitle Workshop or something similar to simply decrease the time codes for the entire list?
Not sure I understand you correctly so I am not sure that this would work but if you save a backup of the srt files you can always test it :)

I need a faster solution...( hope there is one...)
because timecode is later than video...
the subtitle's timecode is just increasing to the end.. so like there is a large Video, but it's splitted in PGC's and subs should normally follow the current PGC.. or i'm wrong??

What are these PGCS? Do they actually contain subs? If you open one of the BMP files that get extracted is it empty? I can't imagine a 5 sec PGC has subs, unless it's somekind of menu or so.
If so I would just suggest to delete the subs dir and recreate the RA script.

Nope, it's not a menu. Always in the second cell of the pgc there is a video with some subs in it.. REAL SUBS with some text in it.. 3 language subs in every PGC (2nd cell).
But also something strange is that in each PGC, there are 3 cell's, the first(cell 1) and the last one(cell 98) is always repeating, but the middle cell is unique, why is it always increasing with 2, why isn't there a cell with 3, 5, 7, 9, ...
Or should i rip it bij CELL???

This is some strange structure you have.
I'm curious what will happen when you extract by vobid (if those missing ids will show up then).
I think you can solve your problem by doing a vobid demux on those PGCS that won't work.

i'll test it, and let you know something...

If theres 8 pgc in vts_08 and there all around 20 secs or less why not just untick that vts set in dif4u and not bother demuxing it.The vods for that can cant be thatbig if the track are only 20 secs.
Just a thought

if the subs are starting from the endtime of the last PGC, I'd guess all the pgcs are in one title.

The chapters get reset every pgc (starting at 1 again) so that would mean different titles ?

well you should be able to look at the ifo and see if it's multititle or not

I just looked at the ifo and yes it's multiple titles ;)

when i strip it with VOBID, there is a big m2v, with just a couple subs... So this is not a good way...
when i strip it with CELID, many files, but doitfast4u gives and error...

Only one file, because there's only one vobid. But that's ok. Just create the track with audio and subs using this big file. Export your script.
use d3s7 app to create correct cell times and recreate the structure using cell and chapter info in scenarist.
Other aption might be to do a adjusted cell mode update in ifoupdate, but don't know if it would work in this case.

Nope, not all the subs are extracted... there are just some...

I got this problem with vts9, wich is made of 48 PGCs.
But i think i've nearly fixed this problem.
I've demuxed VTS9 by VOB-ID an got a large video file but only a few subtitles.
Then I've demuxed the VTS9 by PGC to get all subtitles.
Unfortunately the subtitles are seperated into the PGC-folders of this VTS. So you have to copy all bmp- and sst-files together(simply search in the vts folder for all bmp/sst files, and copy them all at once).
The next part is realy boring, you have to put all timecodes for the subtitles in one big stt-file, but make sure you get the timecodes in the right order.
Now I imported my video into scenarist and could set the subtitles correctly, but how do I split this big video back in its orginal cells to recreate this VTS?
*sorry for my bad english* :)

Found no solution for the moment... tried with other (fast) encoders... like shrink etc... but can't become to the right filesize..
It seems that nobody can fix this in a fast way...
