Maybe I not so good explain what exactly I looking for?!, but
what me interested, if exist some PC-DVD-player like WinDVD or PowerDVD which will also allow to play all DVD-files not from DVD-DISC but direct from DVD-files which be in PC-HD and with capacity to click of the Menus-Button... etc. ...?!

Any of the software players (WinDVD and PowerDVD included) will play a DVD image mounted as a virtual drive. Check out DVDDecrypter ISO mode and daemon tools.
Beyond that, I know that WinDVD will play files if you put them in, for example, C:\VIDEO_TS. Doing that sort of "fools" the software into thinking the C drive is a DVD-ROM (well, kind of - at least, WinDVD lets you select the C drive in the properties panel after you do that).
I don't use PowerDVD, but from what I've seen here it can play files directly from any directory on the hard drive. I'm not sure how you do that though - probably something like File/Open, then select the VIDEO_TS.IFO.

you should use all three (cineplayer, windvd and powerdvd) and also burn to a rw just to make sure.
each of the software dvd players doesnt work at you'd expect a standalone would, especially when you are dealing with GPRM's.
