"AAC Parser" DirectShow Filter

It allows playback of .aac (with ADTS headers) in any ds players.
It's a "parser filter" working with a "decode filter" (coreaac or 3ivx) for playback.
as for muxing, you can use it alone--no need to convert .aac to .mp4 anymore to mux it into OGM or MKV with GraphEdit.
Altho we have now excellent tools as OggMux_nic and MKVMerge, which can get .aac directly as input, this filter might be helpful in some situations :)
