DVDR - HD Problems, Help needed

Hi Folks,
I'm having big problems trying to copy discs to my HD for burning, the problem seems to be from discs I get from others, had 4 types of media and no luck with any, yet they play prefectly in 3 dvd players. When copying or trying to re-do using for e.g dvd decrypter I get the following error-

Invalid NV-PCK:NV-VOBU-EA

I normally use anydvd/clonedvd or dvd decrypter then prassi.

If you need any more info from me to help solve the problem, please LMK.
