Hello,

I've tried to use BeSweet 1.4 a number of times but keep getting a "The instruction at "0x004043dd" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I can't post a log because one is never generated, just an empty file. I've been trying to convert a wave file to MPEG layer II. I've tried doing it with BeSweetGUI v0.6, I've tried doing it via the command line, but always the same result. Am I missing something?

P.S. Operating System is Windows 2000.

I'm not sure about this, but let's make a wild guess:

Either you downloaded corrupted files or you have really weird problems with your system. I don't think it's the fault of BeSweet. Did you try to play the WAV in Media Player or Winamp?

I downloaded the ZIP file from DSPGuru's site, and if it was corrupted it couldn't have been unzipped. The wave works fine in Media Player, I've tried a couple of other waves as well, same result. :(

Success! The supposedly unstable v1.5 beta 23 works like a dream! :D

1.5b23 isn't unstable, in fact it's very stable.
