MP3 warbles

I have heard some dl mp3's that warble.. Vocals that are sustained, as in a choir, or a vocoder voice warbles also. Is this a problem with mp3 frame sizes or can it be encoded properly or fixed to NOT do this... (im guessing i can't fix a bad mp3.. but how do i make ones from my cd's that DON'T do this... ive ripped a few cd's and one did this noticably... so i chose to not rip that cd yet for mp3 player..


Also, if i use mp3 in movie how di i know it wont do the same..

use a decent ripper and a decent encoder.

you were using xing or something similar, weren't ya? ;)

get exact audio copy, and winlame. rip with eac, encode with winlame.
