Looking for something which can:
* Remove a short unwanted section from the end of an mp3 file
* Fade the end of the remaining section to silence over say 5 seconds
* Save the result without reencoding the unaltered part
None of the audio tools in Doom9's software will do this. Sound Forge with do the first two but then reencodes everything (WAV->mp3)
including the major unchanged section.
