DVD Shrink doesn't find some of the subtitles

Ok, I've been trying to backup some of my DVDs but I've ran into a problem with DVD Shrink. When I goto Re-Author and just transfer the main movie and take out everything some of the items in the files aren't showing up. For example Zoolander, and The Royal Tenebaums both have french subtitles but they are not listed in DVD Shrink. So when I burned the movie to test there are ALWAYS french subtitles. The strange thing it DVD Decrypter can pick them up in ISO mode under stream processing so I think it's a problem with DVD Shrink. Anyone know if there is a way to fix this? If not, are there any other programs that can be used to backup JUST the main movie?

Not sure if it makes a difference, but what version of DVDShrink are you using?
