After you do all that, make sure before you start encoding that you use the preview in the conversion tab. If you see a red on black error displayed then you know not to proceed.

You specifically need to read the "how to post" FAQ. I don't think you are a native English speaker so I do sympathize, however it is nearly impossible to try to help without knowing versions of d2s, and avisynth. Also, we don't know what your source is except it is AVI. From what process? Codec? Will it play in windows media player or Virtual Dub? If so, is the color correct in WMP? Have you tried the stickie about what to do when you have problems with AVI?

So, you see there are a lot of questions that you need to answer before people will try to help. You do *your* job and people will help you. That's a promise. :)

Hello!

I have already met this problem.

In that case problem was the codec (I was using Nimo pack.)
It does not work good. Should try the folowing:

1) uninstall all the codecs U have.

2) download and install these:

ACE Mega codec pack:

FFDshow:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/ffdshow.cfm

For me this helped.
