When I rip my movies from DVD NTSC 29,9fps to SVCD if I use IVTC all the chapters don't match and when I disable it the chapters match!
And I would like to know when I rip a interlaced movie onto CCE advanced options what options I need to set? And for a progressive movie? Linear quantizer scale and zigzag scanning order for mpeg2 movies are needed? What is the best settings for interlaced and progressive movies?
