Audio/Video desync

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to make two AVI files into one without reencoding the audio streams. The main problem is that after I merge the two files with VirtualDub the audio stream is not syncronized. Could anybody help?

P.S. This happens only with certain MP3 streams, not with all.
