Found a tool that can make avi-files of the RM files , but it's a bit hard to convert all my RM files to avi and then to mpeg ... and it takes ages !!! so are there a tool that does convert it to mpeg in 1 step

You may open it in Avisynth with DirectShowSource and the Gabest's RealMediaSplitter filter. About the audio, hm, I'm not so sure how far development has gone, I have to check the Avisynth Dev section.

Edit: Well, it seems that latest Avisynth 2.5.3 RC 2 supports DirectShow video and audio.

when I want to convert a RM file, I first convert it to AVI, using 'RM Converter' and selecting Huffyuv.
RM Convert can be downloaded at:
http://www.boilsoft.com/rmconverter.html
then I encode the AVI to MPEG or whatever.
