I am very much a newbie at all of this. I am using Easy VCD to make svcd's and mostly pleased with it, until now.
The horizontal black bars on a wide screen movie flickers on the edges that is nearest to the movie. Also at times a portion of the bars near the movie will appear gray in color. The rest of the movie looks good but I think for quality this should be corrected. What can be done to fix this?
I am still reading up on all of this but would like help in pointing me to the right direction.
