Hello there.
I'm trying to encode Donnie Darko to full resolution with XviD onto two CDs. I wanted about 1200mb of video, however I can't seem to hit this target. Best I can do is these:
689M DONNIEDARKO 2.avi
685M DONNIEDARKO 4.avi
669M Donnie Darko Large.avi
The first two are your usual suspects of two-pass settings with relevant VHQ levels in the filename. The last one is the one-pass quality 100 with VHQ 2 I think.
Anyway the quality isn't perfect on these so I'd like to get more video data into it if I can. Could someone please tell what the absoute maximum bit-eating settings are for XviD to get a great looking encode?
Thanks.
