win 98 & dvd2svcd = No title picture

hi

ive been using dvd2svcd and win xp for a while to make svcd's but my pc's bust and it will only work with win 98 at the moment. But since installing win 98 ive noticed that converting using the avi2svcd feature when i choose my title pic it does'nt come up on the svcd i never had this prob when i had xp installed does anyone know why this happens

i used/use dvd2svcd 1.2.1 build 3 with xp & 98

i have tested a couple and it happens on all

The only thing I can think of is that either DVD2SVCD is incompatible with Win 98, or there is a problem with the installation. I would start by repairing the install, or reinstalling it altogether. If that doesn't work, then I would think it's incompatible with 98.
