DoCCE4U problems

Sorry, I'm new so be patient with me.

I am following the Doom9 Full DVD Backup Guide. Going through the first time preparations, it asks me to install DoCCE4U then configure. When I try to configure it for the first time I get the error - CCE Executable associated with EclCCE could not be found. The guide tells me to press OK and browse to the path where CCE is installed and select cctsp.exe. I can't find this file.

1. What is CCE? And where do I download it?
