If I open a AviSynth File (2.52) with VirtualDub oder VirtualDubMod, I have funny color when playing that file. If the playback is Stopped (pause) I see the normal colors.
This Problem could not corrected with SwapUV().
Anyone an idea?
Here is an example (http://www.nur-meine.de/fehler.jpg).
I should say that this error does not exist in Media Players.
Ok solved it.

Try enabling DirectDraw Acceleration.

Are you sure that you have loaded it in VirtualDub... And not with a LSD simulator... !?! :D
Just kidding... ;)
What is the source of your script ???
Is it MPEG2-> *.d2v source or directshow... ?!?

Avisource("Tricks.avi")
This was the source.
But VD can't work with YUV12 so u need to convert to YUY2 to see the right colors.

this is interesting considering it fixes up on stills.
if directdraw acceleration doesn't solve it, maybe look into the decompressor being used, and report back (i've had green bottom lines in YV12 videos because the codec assigned to vidc.YV12 in my registry was crap.)
