16:9 Interlaced Video encodes with change of aspect ratio

Hello, everybody:

I've been trying to encode "War & Peace" (NTSC,
released by russian joint) by DVD2SVCD latest
build (using CCE 2.67.013 and Scenarist 2.7),
and encoded video looses original 16:9 aspect
ratio - it becomes stretched vertically, still
with black stripes above and below, but it's
stretched vertically from 16:9 a bit.

I've tried all three settings in DVD2SVCD for
aspect ratio - all give the same result.

When I encode it with DVD Shrink - it comes out
fine, as the original, so only DVD2SVCD makes
a mistake.

Any suggestions?
