Sub Title on PowerDVD

I use :--
SmartRipper
DVD2AVI
TMPGEnc
To make MPG files to Burn (using Nero) on my CDs.
Also with Sub Titles I use SubRip to get Forced Sub Titles.

Burn the SubRip Subtitle and MPG file to CD and it plays OK in Windows Media Player. However it wont play the Subtitles in PowerDVD.

I guess from reading on the Forums that I need some other step probably in TMPEG to get the SubTitles into the Video.

Could someone give me the steps I need to get this working in my PowerDVD player?

It looks like DVD Subber and Subviewer may be the answer.
