CGP Tutorials?

I am wondering if there are any CGP (Change Graphic Pictures) tutorials out there. CGP may be a DVDFab specific term, but basically I wish to learn how to create/add/delete official or custom change disk screens for a dvd. Has anyone done this? Btw, I do not really want to go through dvdfab to do this because dvdfab I believe dvdfab has to do all the splitting and stripping beforehand just to add the CGP graphics which takes quite a long time. However, I would like to know if there is another way to do this even if it requires the use of this program. Thanks.

I searched the forum for CGP, adding CGP, etc. I had forgotten to just search for the simple meaning of CGP which is just Insert Disk image...doh! Thank you for spotting this for me.:D
