I need direction on how to rip a few movies and editing into one dvd.

I have the full set of Star Blazers on DVD and what I want to do is to rip all the movie chapter and combine them into one dvd with out the menu, just the movie only so I don't have to change dvd every time I watch the movie. I understand how to rip using dvd decryter but way do I go from here? Thank you
