I have a movie that is Disc 1 of a "split" set. When it reaches the end of its play in IFO Edit I receive two warnings:1. DVD Warning: Could not read file on DVD disc.
2. Could not read part of a file on the DVD disc. Playback may not continue.IFO Edit "plays through" the warning and returns to the Title Menu. However, PowerDVD stops at the last frame of the movie and "locks up."
I examined the IFO and discovered that there were too many chapters indicated--the original movie had 54 and I want 26 in Disc 1.
I reduced the number of PTT's in PTT_SRPTI from 54 to 26 and I changed the number of entries in VTS_TMAPTI from 1789 to 906. Originally, entries 907-1789 had the same entry sector and hex address as 906. I still got the warnings.
I then ran VOB Extras with default check marks and still got the warnings.
I have checked every table in both VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO and all chapter numbers and references are correct. Is there something I'm missing? Short of a corrupted IFO or a "bad" split, I'm fresh out of ideas.
Thanks
